After 60 days of completion, the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental just launched the Negros Oriental COVID-19 isolation facility this morning.
The facility contains 34 rooms equipped with negative pressure systems, oxygen lines, functional air-conditioning units, and CCTV`s for monitoring. Centralized oxygen for rooms, nurse stations. It is also built with a cadaver holding room (morgue). Negros Oriental COVID-19 isolation was intended for severe COVID-19 cases and patients with communicable diseases.



The said project was funded by the national government through the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act that costs about ₱46 million.
